A small independent team
handling serious infrastructure.
TechnoDen is a nationwide VAR, MSP and MSSP headquartered in Denver, with an office in Miami. We're privately held, deliberately compact, and intentionally generalist — so the same team that picks your firewall is the one watching its logs at 3 a.m.
We do the opposite. One team. One escalation path. One person who knows your environment well enough to disagree with you about it. Procurement, operations, security — under one roof, on purpose.
A decade in. Still answering the phones.
Six ideas that show up
in every engagement.
One team, one accountable.
You shouldn't have to triage between your phone vendor, your security vendor, and your MSP at 11 p.m. Whatever it is, you call us. We figure out which side of the fence the issue lives on.
Independent of any one vendor.
We don't have a quota with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or anyone else. We have customers. The recommendation that pays best is rarely the one that's right.
Documented, then automated.
Every environment we run has a runbook before it has automation. If we can't write down how it works, we can't safely change it. If we can't repeat it, we don't ship it.
Boring tools, well-operated.
We pick technology that's mature, supported, and survivable for the next five years. Then we operate it properly. Most "innovation" in IT is people forgetting the basics.
Senior engineers on the bridge.
The first voice you hear during an incident is a senior engineer with context, not a tier-1 reading a script. Tier-1 exists for triage; everything else is escalated to humans who can decide.
Plain English, written down.
If a recommendation can't be explained in two paragraphs, it's not ready. We write it down so the discussion can happen on its merits — not on whoever speaks loudest in the room.
The people on the bridge.

A short timeline.
Want to see if we're
the right fit?
30 minutes is enough to know. We'll listen, ask sharp questions, and tell you honestly whether we should work together.
