Are you tied to one cloud provider?
No. We're cloud-agnostic and pick based on the workload, the team, and the economics. Most clients run a mix — we make sure the mix is intentional, not accidental.
Can you keep us on-prem if it makes sense?
Yes. For some workloads, private infrastructure is genuinely cheaper, faster, or more compliant. We host you on our VMware-based IaaS or in colocation, and we'll tell you when that's the right answer.
How do DR tests work?
Quarterly. We failover a defined scope (not the whole environment) to our DR site, validate against your runbook, and produce a report. Annual full-environment tests are available for tier-1 clients.
What about M365 / Workspace backup — isn't that already covered?
No. Microsoft and Google operate the platform but aren't responsible for your data. We back up M365 and Workspace to immutable storage so ransomware, accidental deletion, or a malicious insider can't take you out.
