Most VARs sell one or two carriers because that's where their commission is best. We're a Master Agent across the major aggregators, which means we can quote any tier-1, tier-2, and regional carrier in a given address — and recommend the one that's actually best for that location, not the one that pays best.
When circuits go down, you call our NOC. We open the carrier ticket, escalate, and stay on the bridge until it's resolved. You get a written RFO; we get the carrier credit.

Are you a carrier?
No. We're a master agent and managed services provider. Being independent of any one carrier lets us recommend what's actually right for each site.
Will you work with our existing carrier?
Usually yes. If a carrier is performing well and the contract is reasonable, we manage them. If they aren't, we'll show you the math on switching.
How does Microsoft Teams calling fit in?
Two paths: Direct Routing (we provide SIP trunks into Teams) or Operator Connect (we operate as your operator inside Teams). We help you pick based on cost, control, and global footprint.
Can you handle a multi-site cutover?
Yes — that's most of what we do. We sequence sites, run test plans per site, and keep the legacy system available until the new one is proven. Rollback plan documented and rehearsed.
