Your IT team, without the overhead of building one.
Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, identity, productivity suites, and hardware lifecycle — operated by named engineers, not a queue. Co-managed alongside your existing team or fully outsourced.
When something breaks, this is the path.
Predictable response times. Named engineers, not anonymous queues. Every interaction is documented in a runbook so the next person doesn't start from scratch.
Submitted
Email, phone, portal, or Teams/Slack — we accept tickets where your people already work.
Triaged
Tier-1 engineer reviews, classifies severity, and either fixes or escalates with full context attached.
Resolved
78% of tickets close at first touch. Complex issues get a named owner who sees them through.
Documented
Resolution captured in your runbook. Recurring patterns trigger a root-cause project automatically.

A team you can name.
Every TechnoDen client is assigned a primary engineer, a backup, and a vCIO. You meet them on day one and they stay with you. We rotate vacation coverage, never accountability.
Named primary engineer
Knows your environment, your quirks, and your CFO's name. The person you call when you actually need help.
Named vCIO
Quarterly business reviews, annual roadmap, vendor strategy, budget planning. Strategic, not just tactical.
24/7 NOC
Monitoring never sleeps. After-hours alerts go to a real engineer with the access to fix it, not a triage queue.
Documented runbook
Your environment is documented in a living runbook you have full access to — including if you ever choose to leave.
Two ways to plug us in.
You have IT. We extend it.
Slot us in beside your existing team — typically taking on after-hours coverage, security, vendor management, or specialty projects. Your team focuses on the strategic work, we absorb the toil.

We are your IT team.
End-to-end ownership. Helpdesk, security, vendor management, projects, executive reporting. One point of contact, one invoice, one accountable team — typical for organizations of 25–500 users.

Things people actually ask.
How is your pricing structured?
Per-user, per-month, with hardware and special projects priced separately. We give you a flat predictable monthly invoice for the operational work and quote projects upfront. No surprise time-and-materials bills.
What size organizations do you typically work with?
Most of our clients run between 25 and 500 users, though we support both smaller and larger environments. The common thread is a regulated industry, multiple sites, or a need for security maturity that's hard to build in-house.
Can you work with our existing line-of-business software vendors?
Yes. Vendor coordination is part of every engagement — we'll be the technical contact for your EHR, practice management, ERP, or industry-specific platform vendors so you're not stuck translating between them.
What happens if we want to leave?
Your environment, your data, your runbook. We hand off documentation and access cleanly. No hostage hardware, no proprietary lock-in. We've never lost a client we couldn't successfully transition.
Do you handle hardware procurement too?
Yes — that's the VAR side of the business. Laptops, desktops, servers, networking, peripherals, and software licensing. We source competitively across distributors and ship pre-configured devices directly to your users.
