1. Introduction
TechnoDen ("TechnoDen," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you visit technoden.net or engage us for services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to information collected through our website, our scheduling system, our service engagements, and our business communications. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact information — name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address when you fill out a form, request a consultation, or sign an engagement.
- Engagement information — business size, industry, the IT environment and tools you use, the services you're considering, and any details you share when scoping work.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, web form, scheduled meetings, or phone.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Site analytics — anonymized or pseudonymized usage data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location based on IP, device and browser type). We use this to improve the site and understand how visitors find us.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for a full list and your choices.
- Server logs — IP address, timestamp, user-agent string, and request URLs, retained for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
2.3 Information from third parties
If a client or partner introduces you to us, we may receive your name and contact details from them. We treat that information the same as if you had provided it directly.

- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising on third-party platforms.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide services, run the business, and meet legal obligations:
